Floral aromas, fresh, with elegant hints of honey and peach, enhanced by sensations of spices and mint.
The grapes were harvested from 7 plots representative for the Avize area. The base wine passed through malolactic fermentation, being aged in French oak barrels. It was produced by the traditional method, and the autolysis period of the yeasts was 3 years.
