Visual

Bright golden color, fine and creamy effervescence.  

Palate

The attack is both round and rustic at the same time, followed by a compact freshness and an obvious salinity, with a nice balance between slightly oxidized sensations and texture with a nice persistence.

Nose

Complex bouquet with intense floral aromas, elderberry notes, hay, nuts, apple muffin and candied lemon.

Winemaking

This cuvée is a blend of two vintages from the Avize terroir. Aging for 4 years on lees. Disgorging 2 months before the release date and dosage limited to 5 grams of sugar per liter.
