Palate
The palate is exquisite, with distinct saline notes, a unique texture and a long, enveloping finish with mineral notes.
Nose
A rich palette of aromas of white flowers and ripe yellow stone fruits, followed by a hint of dried fruit that gives complexity.
Winemaking
The first fermentation occurs spontaneously with indigenous yeasts. For the second fermentation, grape must from the following year's harvest was added. There is no dosage.
