Bright straw-yellow color with a fine and delicate effervescence.
Palate
The taste is extremely delicate and rich, with an impressive freshness and a multitude of fruity and white truffles' aromas.
Nose
Aromas of white flowers and yellow fruits, on a balsamic and mineral background, which confers complexity.
Winemaking
The grapes are harvested from a plot in Avize, worked manually, and with the help of the horse Venus. The base wine was aged in oak barrels and not filtered. It was produced by the traditional method, and the autolysis period of the yeasts was of 5 years.
