Visual

Palate

Powerful and concentrated without being opulent, fruity, firm tannins, well-integrated acidity, very long finish.

Intense and complex bouquet of black cherries, blackberries, smoke and spices.

Winemaking

Fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks. Matured in 225 Lt French oak barrels followed by 12-18 months of bottle ageing before release.
