Visual

Deep ruby.

Palate

Rich and dense, yet harmonious, with sweet, balanced tannins. The wine has a long finish with a depth and structure that ensure its extraordinary longevity.

Nose

Elegant and complex bouquet with red fruit aromas.

Winemaking

The primary fermentation, completely spontaneous and without the addition of yeasts, took place in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats at a temperature of 27°- 28°C. The malolactic fermentation also in stainless steel, was followed by more than 25 months of aging in French oak barriques and a few more months in the bottle before being released on the market.
