A symphony of aromas ranging from the intense smell of red-orange and violets to fresh balsamic herbal notes.

Winemaking

Manual harvesting. Fermentation and maceration with indigenous yeasts for 50 days in big open-top casks. Aging for 26 months in bigger barrels and 16 months in cement vats.
