Visual

Bright ruby red.

Palate

Medium bodied, round, fresh acidity associated with intense aromas of juicy fruits and elegant and fine tannins. Cinnamon hints overlay lively red-fruit on a long, fresh, complex finish.

Nose

Black cherries and ripe red fruits aromas combined with truffle and cedar wood notes.

Winemaking

Fermentation by indigenous yeasts. Total tank time 15- 23 days. After pressing, complete malolactic ferment in oak. Aging for 11 months total in French oak (35% new), then blended and held for another 6 months prior to bottling.
