Visual
Deep golden yellow with greenish hues.
Palate
The palate is fairly tensed with acidity. The wine is mature and fills the mouth with flavor. It needs time to be tasted at its peak. It may deserve to be placed in the carafe two hours before.
Nose
The nose has notes of lemon but also notes of butter and vanilla.
Winemaking
At their arrival in the cellar, the hand-picked grapes are immediately and carefully pressed with a pneumatic press. Aging for 20 months (8 months in stainless steel tanks), 100 % oak barrels ( 30% of new oak).
