Visual

Intense and vivid red-ruby color.

Palate

Polished palate with dried cherry, orange peel and ground clove aftertaste. Firm, refined tannins provide elegant support.

Nose

Dark berry, pipe tobacco, chopped herb and forest floor aromas

Winemaking

Regular fermentation for 12 days at controlled temperatures, followed by a maceration for 30 days. Ageing: four years in Slavonia oak casks (4500 Lt) with a further refining in bottle for 6 months.
