Visual

Pale golden yellow with bright amber reflections

Palate

The fragrance of fruit and fresh sweetness, enlivened by a pleasant acidity. It finishes with a lingering persistence.

Nose

Aromas of fresh apricots combined with candied citrus peel and notes of Mediterranean scrub.

Winemaking

Fermentation in stainless steel at controlled temperatures. Ageing in stainless steel for 7 months and at least 12 months in bottle before being released to the market.
