Complex and appealing bouquet with notes of berry fruits, predominating currants and blackberries, enriched by subtle notes of spices.
Winemaking
Fermentation in steel, followed by aging in new barrels for 50% of the production, over a period of 12 months. This process maintains the purity of the fruit and adds complexity through the influence of wood, but without overpowering the intrinsic characteristics of Pinot Noir.
