Visual

Ruby red.

Palate

The taste is fresh and sapid, with red and black berries flavors and soft silky tannins. The aftertaste is fruity and spicy.

Nose

Bouquet of ripe berries: raspberry, blueberry, wild strawberries, black currants.

Winemaking

Cold maceration for a few days to extract the aroma and colour from the skin. Fermentation at 26°C with regular pump overs. No oak maturation for preserving the freshness and the fruity aromas.
