Palate
This wine is charmingly balanced and generous on the palate with perfectly smooth tannins.The finish is long and aromatic.
Nose
The bouquet is equally delightful, with its intense range of aromas dominated by ripe fruit with floral and spicy overtones.
Winemaking
The grapes are harvested 100% by hand in small crates, first sorting is done in the vineyard, de-stemming of the bunches, sorting by densimetry, and then a final manual sorting. Vinification in truncated stainless steel vats, with temperature control from top to bottom. Micro-vinification in twenty 500-litre barrels (around 10% of the production). Aging for 12 to 14 months in new French oak barrels. Aging of old Merlot and Cabernet Franc is done in two 750-litre Tava amphoras (around 3% of the production).
