Visual

Ruby red with purple iridescence.

Palate

Medium body, with very well-integrated tannins, fine and crisp. It has a long and complex finish.

Nose

Complex bouquet with aromas of sweet plums, ripe blackberries, currants, black cherries, followed by notes of coffee beans and dark chocolate, floral notes, mint and spices.

Winemaking

Gentle vinification at low temperatures in temperature-controlled concrete vats for 3 weeks with moderate pumping.  It is aged for 14 months, 40% in new French oak barrels.
