Visual

Ruby red.

Palate

Vibrant acidity and fine tannins. Aromas of fresh red fruits (cherries, raspberries) are supported by delicate spice notes, dried herbs, and a slightly mineral hint. The finish is clean, juicy, and refreshing, emphasizing the wine's elegant and friendly style.

Nose

Cherries, raspberries, and strawberries, complemented by delicate notes of dried flowers, Mediterranean herbs, and a hint of fine spices

Winemaking

The grapes are harvested manually from old vines and fermented with indigenous yeasts, with minimal intervention. Fermentation takes place with gentle extraction to preserve the finesse and fruitiness of the Cinsault. The wine is aged for a short period in neutral vessels.
