Visual

Pale yellow with greenish hues.

Palate

Juicy, tight and penetrating, offering excellent tension to the flavors of stone fruits, lime zest, white pepper and crushed stone.

Nose

Vibrant aromas of lemon, lime zest and white pepper.

Winemaking

65% in stainless steel vats with temperature-controlled fermentation. 35% in barrels (90% in 1,2 and 3 years old barrels, 10% in new and 1 year old barrels) for a period of 6 months.
