Visual

Palate

Balanced and harmonious, with a pleasant acidity that supports fresh fruit flavors; the finish is clean, slightly creamy, with delicate pastry notes and an elegant persistence.

Nose

Fresh and expressive, dominated by notes of white fruits (apple, pear), with citrus accents and subtle hints of peach, complemented by light notes of brioche and bread crust.

Winemaking

Made from grapes sourced from its own vineyards, vinified in the traditional Champagne method, with fermentation in stainless steel tanks to preserve freshness, followed by a second fermentation in bottle and aging on the lees.
