Visual

Palate

Light mineral scents, fading into hints of walnut and toasted almond at the end.

Nose

Intense, long, complex and persistent.

Winemaking

Partially macerated on its skins at low controlled temperatures. It's left on its autochthonous yeasts ("sur lie") until it is bottled clear and natural, by decantation, without filtration.
