Visual

Bright ruby-red.

Palate

Rich and fleshy on the palate, this wine offers us a beautiful tasty structure with finesse.

Nose

Powerful aromas of red fruits.

Winemaking

Grapes are hand-picked, double sorted, lightly crushed and destemmed, and put in stainless steel tanks.  After a cold maceration for a few days, the active phase of fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature. Pneumatic pressing and then storage for 14 months in wooden barrels (about 30% new wood) where the aging process /malolactic fermentation takes place. One month prior to the bottling, the wine from the different barrels is assembled in vats. Light lenticular filtration before bottling.
