Full-bodied and balanced, with fine and silky tannins and extended aging potential.
Magnificent aromatic complexity with notes of black fruits and spices expressing all the typicity of Mourvèdre.
Each variety is harvested separately and manually. Vinification takes place in oak fermenters and in traditional enameled concrete tanks. Once the malolactic fermentation is finished, the Famille Perrin blends the different varieties. The blend is then aged in oak Foudres for a year before being bottled.
