Visual
Deep ruby red with an opaque core and purple iridescence towards the rim.
Palate
The wine is concentrated, fine and harmonious, with an aromatic palette as wide as it is precise. The depth and length in the mouth are exceptional. Juicy, dark cherry aromas, ripe tannins, a little nougat. Exceptional finish, long and deep and good aging potential.
Nose
A multi-faceted bouquet with notes of noble wood, fine spices, red forest berries, a touch of cassis and orange zest.
Winemaking
Prefermentative maceration at low temperature, then maceration for 30-40 days. Gravitational transfer tin French oak barrels, malolactic fermentation and maturation for 18 months in barriques.
