Visual
Shiny dark garnet color, opaque in the middle.
Palate
Unctuous and fresh structure, dense, with silky, fine and elegant tannins. The Merlot grape brings with it a wonderful fruitiness, the Cabernet Franc ensures refinement and elegance, and the Petit Verdot unleashes its fruity and spicy energy. Long, classic finish with flavors of graphite and licorice.
Nose
Pure, typical, fresh bouquet of Cabernet Sauvignon with aromas of wild fruits, herbs, and spices: black currants, blackberries, blueberries, sour cherries, mint, and cedar.
Winemaking
Alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats. Maceration for 2 - 3 weeks (30° C. max). Aging for 18 months (4 months on fine yeasts) in French oak barrels, 35% new.
