Visual

Deep ruby red.

Palate

The palate is refined, rich and balanced with bold tanins and an elegant backbone. Flavours of blackberries and cigar box follow concluding with a long savoury finish.

Nose

The nose offers aromas of cassis with subtle herbaceous and floral undertones. 

Winemaking

Malo-lactic fermentation takes place in 40 % new French oak barrels after alcoholic fermentation. The wine is then aged for 15 months before blending and bottling.
