Visual

Intense deep purple.

Palate

Precisely, extremely well structured, with a long after taste and well ballanced tannins.

Nose

Concentrated black cherry flavors with delicate coffee tones, dried herbs, exotic spices and minerals.

Winemaking

Fermented and macerated for 3 months in stainless steel tanks. The wine is aged for 12 months in French oak barrels, followed by another 12 months in large barrels.
