An intense fragrance of nectarines and a meadow of lush, dew-covered grass. The first gustatory impression is one of minerals drawn from the heart of the earth, followed, intriguingly, by a slightly acidic, salty note reminiscent of potassium-based dietary supplements.
I’d like you to focus a bit more on the wine’s minerality, supported by a pronounced lemon-like acidity.
