Visual

A deep pomegranate red wine.

Palate

Fullbodied, soft, silky tannins, with a long smooth finish

Nose

Delicate fruity fragrances, warm, remindes jam, plum and tamarind.

Winemaking

Crushed and macerated for about 15 days in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. The wine is aged for 30 month in Slovenian oak of different origin and size, then rest in the bottle for 8 months.
