Visual

Golden yellow.

Palate

Full-bodied and well-structured, with balanced acidity and a creamy texture.

Nose

Elegant and deep aromas of ripe apple, pear, and white peach, complemented by notes of candied citrus, white flowers, and subtle hints of honey.

Winemaking

The grapes come from old vines and are harvested by hand, fermenting spontaneously with indigenous yeasts. The wine is aged for a long time on fine lees in traditional vessels (old barrels and/or foudres) with minimal intervention.
