Visual

Golden color with bright amber hues.

Palate

Deep and complex, with an extraordinary balance between freshness and sweetness and an intense and persistent finish.

Nose

The complex bouquet ranges from fruity notes of apricot, yellow peach and candied orange peel to tropical hints of mango and papaya, followed by hints of Mediterranean scrub.

Winemaking

Fermentation in stainless steel tanks under temperature control. Aging for 8 months in stainless steel tanks and at least 12 months in the bottle before being released on the market.
