Visual

Palate

Velvety and fruity structure, supported by juicy tannins and good acidity.

Nose

Elegant and generous layers of blackberries, currants, and subtle notes of pastry.

Winemaking

Primary fermentation in stainless steel, maceration on skins for one week, followed by malolactic fermentation. Aged for 18 months in French oak barrels of 225L (barriques), 58% new.
