Visual

Bright ruby red.

Palate

Elegant and balanced, with silky tannins, velvety and remarkable aftertaste.

Nose

Elegant aromas of blueberries and black cherries, combined with earthy notes, chocolate and licorice hints. 

Winemaking

Wild yeasts fermenting, no pressing. Kept on lees for 10 months in French oak barrels, 20% new and 80% used.
