Visual

Bright ruby red.

Palate

Velvety and fruity structure, supported by juicy tannins and good acidity.

Nose

Elegant and generous layers of blackberries, currants, and subtle notes of pastry.

Winemaking

Primary fermentation occurs in stainless steel, followed by maceration on skins for one week, and then malolactic fermentation. Aged for 16 months in French oak barrels of 225L (barriques), 40% new.
