Visual

Deep and bright ruby red.

Palate

Velvety, elegant, aromas of blackberries, freshly roasted coffee, baking spices. Silky and juicy tannins, very well integrated in its full-bodied structure. Exceptional and persistent aftertaste.

Nose

Fruity aromas of plums, licorice, earthy and mineral notes.

Winemaking

Fermentation with native yeast in a combination of open and closed-top stainless-steel tanks. Conact on skins fotr 20 days. Malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels. Aging in French oak barrels for 22 months, 84% new. Bottled unfined and unfiltered.
