Visual

Brilliant straw yellow with golden reflections.

Palate

Same scents combined with a fresh acid and mineral vein that balances the pleasant sweetness well. It finishes with good persistence.

Nose

Rich and fragrant bouquet with fruity scents of white peach, citrus zest (mandarin) and white flowers enriched by notes of aromatic herbs (sage and thyme).

Winemaking

Fermentation took place in stainless steel at a temperature of 14-16°C. Ageing in tanks for two months and three months in bottle before release.
