Visual
Deep ruby red.
Palate
Firm but well-integrated tannins and balanced acidity. Aromas of ripe black fruit, plums, and blackberries are complemented by notes of pepper and savory spices. The finish is long, deep, and persistent, suggesting good potential for aging.
Nose
Intense and well-defined aromas of black fruits (blackberries, currants, plums), complemented by notes of black pepper, spices, and dried herbs. Elegant accents of violets, fine smoke, and earth stand out, adding depth and a classic, serious character.
Winemaking
The grapes are harvested manually from old vines and fermented spontaneously with indigenous yeasts. Fermentation takes place in traditional vats, with carefully controlled extraction to achieve structure and finesse. The wine is aged mainly in old oak barrels.
