Visual
Light golden yellow.
Palate
Balanced acidity that supports the rich texture. Aromas of yellow fruit, ripe apple, and citrus intertwine with notes of fine honey, subtle spices, and a salty minerality. The finish is long, harmonious, and elegant, with a sensation of depth and finesse.
Nose
Expressive notes of yellow fruit and ripe apples, followed by accents of citrus peel, wild flowers, and subtle hints of honey.
Winemaking
The grapes come from old vines and are harvested by hand, fermenting spontaneously with indigenous yeasts. The wine is aged for a long time on fine lees in traditional vessels (old barrels and/or foudres) with minimal intervention.
