Visual

Ruby red with purple hues.

Palate

Elegant, velvety, balanced, with aromas of blackberries and blueberries, cherry liqueur, and spicy notes. Pleasant and persistent finish.

Nose

Intense aromas of blackberries, ripe cherries and vanilla, spicy and floral notes.

Winemaking

Manual harvesting. Cold fermentation on indigenous yeasts in opened fermenters, no pressing. Aging for 15 months in French oak barrels of 25 hl (Foudres).
