Visual

 Straw yellow with golden hues. 

Palate

Elegant and silky, medium-bodied, minerality and juicy acidity, long aftertaste.

Nose

Elegant and complex bouquet, powerful aromas of peaches, white flowers and lemongrass, followed by mineral notes.

Winemaking

Hand-picked in small crates, pressing in whole bunches. After settling, fermentation in concrete eggs. Aging process on fine lees in truncated cone-shaped vats, concrete eggs and demi-muids.
