Visual
Red-garnet color.
Palate
Medium-bodied, vibrant, fresh and concentrated, elegant and silky. The finish is long and refined with sweet, ripe cherries, dark cocoa, spices, herbs, tobacco leaves and mineral notes.
Nose
Complex bouquet with aromas of tobacco leaves, cigar box, thyme, herbs, flowers, espresso and red berries.
Winemaking
Fermentation at controlled temperature (45% whole bunches) in conical stainless steel tanks (60 hl), wooden vats (76 hl) and cement vats (50hl) for 35 days. Aging for 24 months - 70% new oak barrels, 20% 18hl foudres and 10% ceramic amphorae.
