Bright delicate ruby red.
Palate
On the palate, it offers purity and energy without it being excessive. A rich and linear body, fluent and polished, with a long and complex aftertaste.
Nose
At the nose, it expresses a fine bouquet, where small red fruits are surrounded by earthy and iron notes.
Winemaking
Manual harvesting. Fermentation and maceration with indigenous yeasts for 50 days in open-top oak barrels. Aging for 36 months in oak barrels, 12 months in cement, and a minimum of 16 months in the bottle.
