Visual

Deep ruby red.

Palate

Intense, elegant, velvety, distinct aromas of black fruits, well balanced between silky tannins and soft acidity.

Nose

A typically Mediterranean blend with aromas of herbs, licorice, black fruits, and spices. 

Winemaking

Fermentation for approximately two weeks of contact between must and skins, both fermentation and aging in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.
