Visual

It has a velvety ruby red color

Palate

The first impression is sweet. Its taste is soft, rich. A strong structure, with a nice freshnes. Besides a long harmonious development, the wine possesses a long sunset.

Nose

The aroma of mature plums and dark berries gradually develops into the warmth of jams, leather aromas and tobacco.

Winemaking

Vinification: fermentation in contact with skins of berries (maceration) in 6,500 Litre stainless steel tanks (fermenter). Maturation: 48 months in 225 Litre oak barriques (30%).
