Visual

Medium garnet.

Palate

Surprising amount of fruit on the palette with lots of acidity. Long finish.

Nose

Oxidised nose of caramel, leather, and tobacco. Very complex and intense.

Winemaking

Natural fermentation. Maceration in oak vats for 30/60 days. Maturation in used barriques for 5 years. Bottle ageing depending on the vintage (an average of 5 years).
