Visual

Intense ruby-red.

Palate

Enviable elegance, well structured, rich, velvety and fruity.

Nose

 Aromas of black and red berries, followed by spices and tobacco notes.

Winemaking

Fermentation with maceration on skins for 21 days in 5,000 Litre stainless steel tank. Softly pressed with pneumatic pressure. Aging for 42 months in 225 Litre French oak barrels (barrique) and at least 6 months in bottle.
