Palate

A surprisingly well-balanced wine, with richness, freshness and the legendary minerality that characterizes the great years in Chablis.

Nose

Mineral and fruity.

Winemaking

Natural yeasts. Direct pressing, cold settling. Controlled temperature (16-18°C) fermentation in the tank. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation completed. Matured on fine lees from November to April. Filtration before bottling.
