Visual

Bright lemon.

Palate

Dry, complex, balanced and full-bodied. 

Nose

Elegant and complex bouquet, with persistent aromas of fruits and white flowers, followed by spicy notes and nuts. 

Winemaking

Fermentation in contact with skins (maceration) for 8 days in 2.500 litres conical-shaped oak barrels (tino). Softly pressed with pneumatic pressure. Maturation for 12 months on the lees in 2.500 litres conical-shaped oak barrels and at least 6 months in bottle.
