Visual

Medium ruby.

Palate

Full and harmonious on the palate, with pleasant freshness and a nice texture of cherries, forest floor, and herbs. The balance between the acidity and tannins leads to a persistent and long finish.

Nose

Opulent bouquet of small red berries, especially red currants, and herbal notes.

Winemaking

Fermentation in stainless steel. Aging for 12 months in barriques and for another 12 months in large barrels.
