Visual
Dark garnet with a bright purple hue.
Palate
The taste is fruity with freshness and minerality. The same notes of ripe cherries, juicy blackberries, red currants, and plums are combined with notes of violet, tonka bean, chocolate, and a subtle hint of toast. The finish is round and silky, with energy and freshness.
Nose
Intense bouquet with aromas of cherries, wild blackcurrants, blackberries and juicy plums, associated with notes of spices (nutmeg), cocoa, and a subtle hint of roast.
Winemaking
Fermented in oak barrels of various sizes (20%) and stainless steel. The wine is then aged 16-18 months in new oak barrels (40%) and second-cycle barrels (60%).
