Visual
Rich and bright red colour.
Palate
Soft and structured on the palate, the wine develops supported by tension and freshness, characterized by a pleasant savory note and enveloping tannin. This perfect balance makes its flavor long-lasting and memorable.
Nose
Its bouquet slowly unfolds, with a generous abundance of cherry, blackberry and plum jam, black cherry syrup and balsamic nuances. It is completed with hints of menthol and anise, giving breath to the spice of cocoa and cinnamon, combined with candied citrus peel, potpourri, mineral nuances and currants.
Winemaking
The overriped grapes are left to dry for 100 days at controlled temperature and ventilation. After vinification, the wine is aged for 40 days in Slavonian oak barrels (20 hl) and 8 months in the bottle.
