Palate
The wine is structured, fresh, and mineral, with a long finish, notes of cocoa, tobacco, and balsamic nuances.
Nose
Intense and complex, with notes of ripe black fruits (blackberries, blackcurrants), violets, spices (pepper, cloves), and hints of oak, cocoa, and tobacco.
Winemaking
Once received at the winery, grapes are first de-stemmed and carefully selected. Then, each grape variety ferments separately for around 10 days in 13,900 - litre Allier French oak vats at controlled temperature.
